How it works

Three steps, and nothing flies until you approve.

  1. Tell us the site

Address, purpose and timing. Usually a ten-minute call.

  2. We match and quote

The nearest pilot checks airspace and access, then sends a written quote.

  3. Fly and deliver

The pilot shoots, edits and delivers in the formats your team uses.

The pilots

Independent operators, checked before they join.

Each pilot runs their own licensed, insured business. We verify certification, insurance and portfolio first, then match you with the nearest one.

Questions

Before you book.

Are the pilots licensed and insured?

Yes. Every pilot holds an FAA Part 107 certificate and carries commercial insurance. Certificates are available before any flight.

Can they fly near airports or in controlled airspace?

Usually. Pilots request authorization through the FAA's automated system, or apply for a longer FAA waiver when a site needs one.

Who owns the footage?

Rights are set out in each project agreement. Construction and claims clients typically receive full rights for business use.

How quickly can a pilot be on site?

Often within a few days of approval, weather permitting.

Do pilots travel outside their regions?

Yes, for a travel day rate.
